A little bit about me...

Lise-Anne is originally from Upstate New York, where she graduated from Syracuse University. While living in Syracuse, she developed a passion for charming, historic homes. After relocating to Florida in 1984, she co-owned a construction company for 26 years, during which she honed her attention to the important details of a home. Much of her time was spent working with clients on property renovations for rental and sale, which helped increase profitability. Having personally purchased and renovated several properties, Lise-Anne understands the design and project management process well.

She holds active real estate licenses in both Virginia and South Florida. As a realtor, Lise-Anne is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel comfortable and secure, making sure they understand every aspect of their real estate transactions. She prioritizes communication, maintaining consistent contact, building relationships, and overseeing every detail, from preparing homes for sale to negotiating for successful closings.

After spending 40 years in Florida, Lise-Anne moved to Richmond to be near her two adult children and grandchildren, Claire and Jack, who reside there.
