She suggested using a qualified/professional stager prior to taking the listing photos. The process was quick, easy, affordable and necessary in the tight market. Her compassion and understanding showed through as we encountered some big issues BEFORE and AFTER the contract was signed. The house was a new build yet we had issues with the driveway settling to an unacceptable level. She was able to call in a contractor to assist with getting through to the builder that it was their issue to correct. During the inspection, two additional major issues were found with a damaged window frame and an incorrectly installed shower pan which resulting in a major leak in the crawl space. Again, Tammy had contractors and associates that could jump in to fix the issues when the builder refused to step up to correct the building issues. I highly recommend Tammy 100 million percent!!!
