A little about me

Rachel is a proud lifelong resident of Warsaw in the Northern Neck, and she absolutely loves serving the community she calls home. With deep local roots, strong relationships, and a genuine heart for helping others, Rachel brings warmth, energy, and expert guidance to every client she works with. She’s a graduate of Christopher Newport University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Studio Art, blending creativity with clear, effective communication.

In 2019, she joined Hometown Realty and The Mike Chenault Group, where she has built her business around clear communication, creative marketing, and a client-first approach. Beyond helping buyers and sellers find their perfect fit, Rachel also works as a rental property manager, partnering closely with owners and tenants to keep investments running seamlessly. She’s passionate about growing in her field and staying ahead of the curve, earning several professional designations along the way, including Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Rachel serving in the community she loves. Volunteering locally and working part-time as the Tech Director at Rappahannock Church of Christ. Rachel is ready to walk alongside you through your buying, selling, or investment journey with confidence, care, and a big smile every step of the way.

I love my clients
