Born and raised in Hanover County and a graduate of East Carolina University, Sarah joined Hometown Realty and The Mike Chenault Group in 2013. Sarah’s passion for helping others has led to her success in real estate, with a focus on working with First Time Home Buyers, as well as a focus in New Construction. In her time with The Mike Chenault Group, Sarah has been recognized by the Home Building Association of Richmond with the Bronze Volume Excellence Award in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and received Hometown Realty’s “Treat People the Way You Want to be Treated” Award in 2015. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her friends and family, traveling with her husband and weekends spent on the Rappahannock River. Sarah is known by her clients as being warm, reliable, and knowledgeable while guiding her clients to homeownership. She is eager to go to work and do the same for you!
